The service is designed for creators, online sellers, agencies, and teams that need repeatable short-form content operations.
- Generated content should be reviewed before publication.
- Platform-specific rules from TikTok, Shopee, YouTube, Meta, or other channels remain your responsibility.
- Affy may change, improve, or retire features when required for reliability, security, compliance, or provider availability.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, connected providers, and team access secure. Account activity performed through your credentials may be treated as authorized activity unless you report unauthorized access promptly.

- Affy may restrict access when we detect abuse, security risk, payment risk, or policy violations.
Credits, prepaid packages, and billing
Affy credits are prepaid usage units for eligible video generation tiers and related AI workflows. Credits are not stored-value money, bank deposits, or transferable financial instruments.
- Credits are consumed based on the selected generation tier and duration.
- Bonus credits may be tied to promotional packages and are subject to package rules.
- Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, and failed payments may affect credit balances or account access.
Content responsibility
You remain responsible for the products, claims, links, disclosures, and media you submit or publish. Affy can help reduce risky wording, but it does not guarantee legal, platform, or advertising compliance.
- Do not submit content that infringes rights, impersonates others, misleads viewers, or violates applicable law.
- Affiliate disclosures, product claims, pricing, availability, and endorsements must be truthful and kept current.
- You should obtain required rights for product images, logos, music, footage, voices, and brand assets.
Acceptable use
Do not use Affy to generate spam, deceptive commerce flows, malware, harassment, illegal content, synthetic identity abuse, or content intended to bypass moderation systems.
- Automated abuse, scraping, credential attacks, and service disruption attempts are prohibited.
- High-risk regulated claims, medical claims, financial promises, and before-after claims require extra review by you before publication.
- Affy may remove content or suspend workflows that create operational, legal, or safety risk.
Availability and limitations
Affy is built for reliable production workflows, but AI providers, payment providers, hosting systems, and third-party platforms may experience downtime or quality variation.

- We may apply rate limits, queue controls, provider fallbacks, or maintenance windows to protect service stability.
