- Account information such as name, email, role, authentication provider, and profile image when provided.
- Workspace content such as product URLs, product details, prompts, generated scripts, captions, job metadata, and output references.
- Operational data such as credit usage, payment intent status, device metadata, IP-derived diagnostics, logs, and error traces.
How we use information
We use data to deliver the service, improve generation quality, keep the platform secure, and provide support.
- Create and manage video jobs, render outputs, captions, subtitles, and affiliate workflow artifacts.
- Calculate credit balances, package usage, payment status, and operational analytics.
- Detect fraud, abuse, security events, service errors, and policy violations.
- Respond to support, legal, privacy, billing, and security requests.
Third-party providers
Affy may use infrastructure, AI model, payment, authentication, storage, analytics, and communication providers to operate the service. These providers process data only as needed for their role in the workflow.
- AI and media providers may receive prompts, product details, scripts, or media required to generate outputs.
- Payment providers may process billing identifiers, checkout events, and payment status.
- Authentication providers may process sign-in events according to the method you choose.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain auditability, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and support product operations.
- Generated jobs and outputs may be retained so you can review, download, and reuse production history.
- Security and operational logs may be retained for diagnostics and abuse prevention.
- You may request deletion or export of eligible account data through the contact channels below.
Security
We apply practical safeguards including access controls, environment-based configuration, encrypted provider credentials where supported, audit-friendly logs, and operational monitoring.
- No internet service can guarantee perfect security.
- Do not submit secrets, private keys, passwords, or regulated personal data unless the workflow explicitly requires it.
- Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@affyclip.com with enough detail for reproduction.
Your choices
You can update account details, manage team access where available, stop using connected providers, or contact us about privacy rights that apply in your region.
- Contact privacy support for access, correction, deletion, export, or objection requests.
